Diploma in Pharma Sales & Marketing Management
Objective
The Diploma in Pharma Sales & Marketing Management focuses on providing in-depth knowledge of the role of the sales and marketing functions required by the professionals who plan to work within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
It provides the students with a general management perspective and introduces them to the latest concepts and practices related to functional areas of the Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing, like sales detailing process, selection, recruitment and training of pharmaceutical sales representatives. Sales management issues including building and structuring the sales force, sales territory allocation, determining sales targets and quotas, forming and deploying special sales forces, compensation, motivation, supervision, and evaluation of sales force shall be studied. This will also include practical field sales call sessions.

B.Sc. (Any Stream) / B.Pharma /D.Pharma. Non-Science Graduates working in Pharma/Healthcare Industry
